At the October 30, 2025 Organizational Meeting, the Hammock Lakes Board of Directors delayed the final approval of the HOA 2026 Budget.  This delay was mainly due to the late delivery of the notice for the Annual owner’s meeting.  At the November 22, 2025 meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously approved and adopted the 2026 HOA budget. The basic assessment for all owners will increase by $9.00 to $307.00. Westside owners will pay an additional $131.00 for gate and road reserves, bringing their total to $438.00.

Assessments are due January 1, 2026, and is considered late if received after January 30, 2026.

Payment Options

1. Online via APM Website: Visit APM Payment Portal and log in using your credentials. For assistance, call APM at (321) 636-4889. Payment options include:

  • Credit Card (additional charge applies).

  • E-Check (ACH): Requires routing and account numbers. First Citizens Bank charges a $2.25 administrative fee.

2. Direct via First Citizens Bank: Use Property Pay. You'll need:

  • Management Company ID: 2512

  • Association ID: 5150

  • Property Account Number (from your coupon).

  • Association ID: 5150

  • Property Account Number (from your coupon).

3. By Check: Mail the attached coupon with payment, allowing five days for processing. Paying by check is free.
